1.1. All payments made to OokWeb Solutions are for digital services and are non-refundable, except where specifically stated.
1.2. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to our refund terms.
2.1. Project Cancellation (Before Work Begins):
If a client cancels the project before any work has commenced, a partial refund (up to 80%) may be issued, deducting administrative or consultation fees.
2.2. Project Cancellation (After Work Has Started):
If work has already started, the refund will be pro-rated based on the amount of work completed. No refund will be issued if over 50% of the project is complete.
2.3. Non-Delivery of Services:
If services are not delivered due to an issue on our end and the client has provided all required inputs, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the situation.
2.4. Duplicate Payments:
If the client has been charged more than once for the same service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.
